Our small online group workshops enable participants to learn from each other and mirror the skills, such as collaboration and communication, that they will need to prove they have mastered to enter the workplace.
Our Career Catalyst workshops are designed to support those preparing to look or already looking for work in a world that, in the blink of an eye, re-shaped itself and with it the job market. Macro factors, including the pandemic and AI, continue to disrupt the status quo and make career starting a challenge for so many.
Our approach is different....
We use a blended approach which creates a supported learning process with the opportunity to reflect, consider and plan the best next steps to take.
We will not do the short-term work for you. We won’t write your CV or letter of application, nor will we provide you with an interview script or ‘smart sentences to wow the algorithm’ and we don’t tell you what jobs to apply for or ‘match you with your perfect career’.
What we will do is build long-term capacity and capability. We will introduce you to the coaching tools and techniques you need to recognise the right mindset, understand what value you bring to the workplace, identify and resolve some of your barriers, learn the difference between expectation and reality and learn how to future-proof your career.
We give you time with experts in recruitment, networking and CVs, who will share their insights and answer your job search questions. Come prepared to work, reflect and take some steps forward towards that first career role, as well as enjoy the process, practice your networking skills and learn from each other.
