Get Started
We hold a free discovery call with you and/or your child, lasting 20 minutes.
You can ask us anything and we can get a feel for the areas your child would like to work on with a coach.
We can provide our ‘hour of need’ service and work with your child intensively to prepare for a specific transition, or our ‘by your side’ service to support their career development journey on a long-term basis.
By the end of the call we will also have a good idea which of our expert coaches will be a good fit for them and their learning style.
Our team are all professional coaches and teachers who are experienced in supporting young people. All our coaches and teachers hold current DBS certificates.

What Next?
We will introduce your child to their coach via email.
We give them access to our online learning platform, The Quad, and set up their first coaching session (45-60 minutes in duration, depending on your child's preference).
Your child meets their coach live using the meeting link provided and can log into our learning platform as needed.
Clients who are working intensively within a pure coaching model to prepare for a specific career event can access specific learning resources on The Quad which can be completed within or outside of coaching sessions.
Clients benefiting from long-term support experience our blended tutoring and coaching pedagogy. Each session will involve exploratory conversation, critical and analytical thinking, some interactive games and multimedia learning content, and goal setting.
Our coaches can use our extensive skills learning library to build sessions based on the skill areas that their clients would like to work on such as networking or leadership, or elements of the career development transition they are facing, such as interviewing or decision-making.

What to Expect
Our coach will establish your child’s objectives for each session and work with them to help them achieve these. Your child will gain and practice new skills and knowledge, and set goals to implement and extend their learning. Coaching elements offer plenty of opportunity to ask questions to gain clarity and the provision of tools for personal growth.
Clients are able to track their growth through the activities completed. At the completion of each micro-module they will gain a badge associated with one of the 14 Human Skills our training programmes offer. Within these 14 Skills there are over 80 competencies that they can work towards achieving and understanding.
