Packages start at £300 and include a 20-minute discovery call, a detailed CV review, and a follow-up, forty five minute, one-on-one coaching session focused on your most urgent needs. We’re here to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

Starting a sustainable coaching relationship early in your child’s career journey provides a strategic advantage. Monthly one-on-one sessions with one of our expert coaches guide your child through The Quad, our learning platform tailored to their changing needs. Coaches employ a blended tutoring and coaching approach designed specifically for young clients.
The Quad offers career and personal development modules such as Growth Mindset, Ready-to-Learn Strategies, How to Add Value in the Workplace, and Personal Leadership, featuring interactive games, quizzes, theory, reflection, and goal-setting. Your child can earn badges and certificates to demonstrate their progress.
Over 12, one hour, sessions, your child experiences consistent growth and a deeper understanding of the workplace. Between sessions, they practise skills learned with their coach. Parents receive updates on progress, while children track their development through self-assessments on The Quad.
