Parents of six between us (32 down to 14 years) and a grandmother to two.
Experienced employers, mentors and and school trustee.
Formerly ran The Good Schools Guide Careers and founders of Vitruvia Ltd.
Our coaches are fully qualified professionals with experience as teachers, career guidance specialists, and in industry.
They have supported apprentices and graduates and understand workplace expectations firsthand.
As parents themselves, they recognise the skills young people need to thrive in the 21st-century workforce and provide practical, tailored guidance to build those capabilities.
