We are a small team, with big ideas. We are committed to doing things well so the next generation can do even better.

We measure our success by the progress of the young people we support: clearer goals, stronger applications, better interviews and the growing confidence to seize opportunities.

Who are we?

An Ofsted award-winning teacher, and a coach.

Both experienced employers, mentors and leaders.

A former charity Director, and former Director of Good Schools Guide Careers.

Parents to six children between us aged between 14 and 32 years, and a grandmother to two.

Also co-founders of Vitruvia Ltd. our sister organisation, which delivers human skills training internationally.

Our coaches are fully qualified professionals with experience as teachers, career guidance specialists, and in industry.

They have supported apprentices and graduates and understand workplace expectations firsthand.

They recognise the skills young people need to thrive in the 21st-century workforce, and provide practical, tailored tutoring and coaching support to build those capabilities.
