Monthly one-on-one sessions with expert coaches guide your child through The Quad, our learning platform tailored to their evolving needs. Coaches use a blended tutoring and coaching method designed for young clients.
The Quad offers career and personal development modules like Growth Mindset, Ready-to-Learn Strategies, Adding Value in the Workplace, and Personal Leadership, featuring interactive games, quizzes, theory, reflection, and goal-setting. Your child can earn badges and certificates to showcase their progress.
Over 12 sessions, your child experiences steady growth and deeper workplace understanding. Between sessions, they practice skills learned with their coach. Parents receive updates on progress, while children track their development through self-assessments on The Quad.
